Al-Taqwa College’s learning programs are based on Victorian Curriculum (VC) but grounded and guided by Islamic teachings and traditions based on the Quran and Sunnah that reflects its identity as an Islamic School.
Our My Muslim Identity (MMI) Framework drives the design of the College’s academic, student well-being, extra-curricular and co-curricular programs, ensuring delivery of a balanced and holistic education that lays strong foundations for the future.
Lower Primary learning programs focus on building strong literacy and numeracy skills, developing physical and fine motor skills through an all-rounded Health and Physical Education (HPE) Program. These programs emphasise personal-social development and growth through exciting and unique programs, events and celebrations.
We select incursions and excursions to bring the curriculum to life and to complement school-based programs that emphasises experiential learning through play.
At Al-Taqwa College, students are nurtured to become resilient lifelong learners, developing their talents and capabilities to reach their fullest potential. The positive start our students experience, builds their confidence, curiosity, and love for learning, laying a strong foundation for their future academic endeavours.
