SRC Forum 2026 at Al-Taqwa College A day of learning, leadership, collaboration, and growth. Our student leaders joined peers from Islamic schools across Melbourne to develop their leadership skills and learn about the impact they can make in their communities. A huge thank you to all the schools that joined us and helped make this year's forum a success. We look forward to seeing these future leaders thrive, inshaAllah.
Year 8 Wyndham Soccer Tournament Our Year 8 boys delivered an outstanding performance throughout the tournament, winning all four matches convincingly. Their teamwork, discipline, and determination were evident in every game and have earned them a well-deserved place in the next stage of the competition. Next week they will face ICOM College in the Grand Final, with a place in the Regional Division up for grabs. This is a fantastic achievement and a proud moment for our school, as the Year 8 boys have now reached consecutive soccer grand finals this year. A special mention to Amer for assisting with coaching on the day and contributing his tactical knowledge, which played an important role in the team's success. Well done to all the boys on an excellent tournament.
Our Year 12 VM students are turning up the heat in the kitchen, selling delicious baked potatoes to raise funds for their upcoming trip to Indonesia.
