What's On
Voices of the Future: Our Students Shine at Public Speaking Competition! We are so incredibly proud of our Grade 7 and 8 debaters who represented Al-Taqwa College today at the inter-school Public Speaking event hosted by AIA! From tackling the impact of AI on the future to debating the educational value of TikTok, our students showcased incredible critical thinking, confidence, and eloquence. Seeing them engage in such high-level discourse with their peers from AIA was truly inspiring. A huge thank you to AIA for their wonderful hospitality and generosity in hosting us. This was a fantastic platform for our young leaders to find their voices.
This week at Girls Basketball Academy, students are getting familiar with the rules of the game. Through every drill and practice, they’re building confidence, teamwork, and a strong foundation on the court.
This week at Archery Academy, students focused on the importance of intention. As they practiced their shots, they were reminded that every action begins with niyyah, doing it with sincerity and purpose for the sake of Allah. Beyond building skill and precision, they’re learning to align their actions with the right intention, developing both character and faith with every shot.
