What's On
Archery Academy in action! This week, students focused on developing their aiming and drawing techniques, learning the importance of proper stance, control, and precision. Through guided practice, they worked on improving their focus, consistency, and confidence with every shot. It has been fantastic to see students demonstrate patience, discipline, and determination as they continue to build their archery skills. We look forward to seeing their progress throughout the term, inshaAllah.
Building strong foundations at Cricket Academy! This week, our students focused on refining their batting and bowling techniques, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, control, and consistency. Through targeted drills and practical coaching, students worked on playing straight shots and delivering straight, disciplined bowling. It was wonderful to see their enthusiasm, determination, and commitment to improving their skills each session. We look forward to seeing their continued growth both on and off the field, inshaAllah.
An inspiring day of leadership, collaboration, and growth at the 2026 Al-Taqwa SRC Forum. Students from Islamic schools across Melbourne came together to connect, share ideas, and develop the skills needed to become effective leaders within their schools, communities, and beyond. Through engaging workshops, thought-provoking lectures, and interactive activities, students explored the qualities, responsibilities, and impact of leadership. A heartfelt thank you to all participating schools, staff, and students who contributed to making the forum such a meaningful and successful event. May Allah ﷻ guide our youth and grant them success in leading with integrity, confidence, and purpose.
