Transport / Buses
Overview
The students have three different options of traveling to Al-Taqwa College. They include: Using the School buses (in which students are picked up from their home in the morning and returned in the afternoon); Using private cars (parents/guardians arrange their own transport); Using a combination of both (students can be picked up from their homes via the school bus and are picked up by their parents/guardians in the afternoon or vice versa).
Bus Service Overview
Our school provides a daily bus service covering multiple routes to ensure convenient pick-up and drop-off for students. All buses are equipped with safety features and are operated by experienced, trained drivers.

Bus Routes
Bus routes and pick-up/drop-off schedules are updated annually. The school owns and operates 6 Buses. Currently, the school runs 6 routes, which include the following suburbs.
Altona Meadows, Altona North, Ardeer, Ascot Vale, Braybrook, Burnside, Cairnlea, Deer Park, Derrimut, Flemington, Hoppers Crossing, Keilor Downs, Kensington, Kings Park, Maidstone, Manor Lakes, North Melbourne, Point Cook, St Albans, Sunshine North, Sunshine West, Tarneit, Taylors Hill, Taylors Lakes, Truganina, Werribee, West Footscray, Williams Landing, Wyndham Vale and Yarraville
Safety Guidelines
- Students must be at the stop 5 minutes before scheduled time.
- Seat belts must be worn at all times (if applicable).
- No eating or drinking on the bus.
- Behaviour guidelines must be followed to ensure safety for all.
