at Al-Taqwa College
At Al Taqwa College, our Debating Program helps students develop critical thinking, public speaking, and teamwork. Through structured debates, students learn to articulate ideas, build strong arguments, and engage in respectful discussions.
The program is open to both Primary (Grade 5 & 6) and Junior School (Grade 7 & 8) students, providing them with opportunities to compete in internal and external debates, including interschool competitions with the Debaters Association of Victoria (DAV). Our students have achieved multiple wins in recent competitions, showcasing their dedication and growing passion for debating.
