ATC Two-Year Religious/Quran Scholarship Process Plan

  1. Online Application Submission: Parents submit an application form through the school website.
  2. Mosque Coordinator’s Review:
    • The Mosque Coordinator reviews the applications and arranges a testing session with the school Imam.
    • The Imam assesses the student’s Quran memorization and provides a score, which determines the scholarship percentage.
  3. Scholarship Approval Form:
    • Based on the Imam’s assessment, the Mosque Coordinator completes the scholarship approval form and forwards it to the Accounts Department.
  4. Management Approval:
    • The Accounts Department secures management’s signature on the scholarship approval form.
    • Upon approval, Accounts notifies the Enrolment Department.
  5. Parent Notification:
    • The Enrolment Department sends an official scholarship acceptance letter to the parent, archives the file, and informs the Marketing Department about the recipient.
  6. Scholarship Certificate & Interview Preparation:
    • Marketing prepares a scholarship certificate.
    • Marketing arranges an interview between the Principal and the student.
  7. Principal’s Recorded Interview:
    • The Principal conducts a recorded interview with the student, to celebrate and showcase their achievement.
    • The recorded interview is shared on the school’s social media platforms.

Note: Any full Quran Hafith student from any grade is eligible to apply. However, the two-year scholarship will only be applied when the student is in grades 11 and 12.
